Detailed steps:
- Provide us with the loan level data from your accounting system in the format most convenient for you to generate. Use our secure data infrastructure to upload the data through the internet.
- We use advanced ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) techniques we have developed with Microsoft's SSIS (Sequel Server Integration Services) in order to automate the processing of your data into our THC PATH standard file format. If desired we can also automatically aggregate your data into the standard OTS Schedule CMR report, saving your staff value time and effort.
- We feed the THC PATH format data through THC Decisions to do the analysis and generate the reports. This process is automated and can be scheduled to run the reports with whatever frequency (daily, weekly, etc) is desired. Because our reporting is done through Crystal Reports, the reports can easily be modified to meet your custom requirements.
- We deliver the finished reports securely through the internet directly to your desktop, ready to be used by senior management.
